Let's Get Fit Together

Before I became a personal trainer, I worked as a nanny in Notting Hill and loved looking after babies and children.

My other passion has always been sport, and during my everyday life, I realised how important it is for me, both mentally and physically.

To be able to share my enthusiasm with you, I got qualified as a personal trainer (level 3), followed by a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course in pre-and post-natal exercise and nutrition.

FIT TOGETHER IDEA

When I got pregnant, I was surprised by how limited access for expecting women to work out indoors is. Especially with other pregnant women, led by a qualified trainer who seldom was a mum herself.

Postpartum is even more complex because gyms won’t allow you to bring your baby.

That’s when my idea was born, to have a space indoors where mums and mums-to-be are welcome and can exercise together with their babies close by: at their own pace, in a safe environment that supports each other through sharing experiences and advice on getting fit together with your baby.

Focus On The Body and mind

We'll focus on the whole body and mind, so you feel stronger and more capable of everyday tasks with your baby or growing bump. It's a relaxed environment where you can take your baby out of the buggy, cuddle, feed, or do whatever you think is best for you and your little one.
