Lea’s class was such a warm, welcoming space: whether post-partum or pregnant, we were all brilliantly catered for and made to feel comfortable. It’s rare to find such a fun, safe, judgement-free space - Lea had brought her own baby so we knew our little ones would be welcome too! She’s created a workout I can actually do (!) and know I could do again. I felt I’d done some exercise but wasn’t so sore the next day that I’d be put off coming back - I’d definitely do it again! Lea knows so much (as a personal trainer, a nutritionist AND a new mum) she could offer great advice and modifications for each person. Encouraging and kind. And fun! Great class!

Lea's classes are great and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Being 6 months pregnant, this is exactly the type of workout I need to stay active and tone my body, while keeping the baby safe. It’s also great to connect with other mums-to-be, and new mums after the class. I wish there were more sessions during the week!

Lea’s class left me feeling confident that I could get back into exercise again after a nine month hiatus since my son was born. She was warm, friendly and gave clear and simple instructions. The class was fun and challenging, without being too tough. It was also great to meet other mums.

Lea has been my PT for nearly a year now. We started when I was just four months postpartum, gently with no judgment; she made me think I could do it when I didn’t. Gradually, as we build strength, the classes have been getting more intense while not pushing too hard. Lea always want to explore and try new things so get more out of your exercise and she comes to each class having read or studied something new. It’s the best ‘me’ time I get all week and I can’t recommend her enough.
